We integrate via API with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI or open-weight models depending on your privacy and latency requirements. Production deployment includes monitoring for drift and hallucination rates. Typical build: C$35,000–C$90,000. 3. AI Assistants & Agents
An AI assistant build is only useful if your team trusts it. We architect AI assistants and AI agents that handle repetitive queries, route tickets, draft responses and orchestrate multi-step agent workflows — always with human-in-the-loop review on high-stakes outputs. Retrieval-augmented generation connects assistants to your knowledge base so answers cite real sources, not invented facts. Agent workflow design includes escalation paths, audit logs and guardrails for responsible AI compliance. For a Canadian logistics scale-up we built a dispatch assistant; for a financial services client, an internal policy Q&A tool. 4. Workflow Automation & Integration
Your CRM, ERP, support desk and internal APIs are where work actually happens. 6. MLOps, Evaluation & Responsible AI
Shipping is the beginning. MLOps infrastructure — CI/CD for models, monitoring, alerting, rollback procedures and model evaluation suites — keeps AI dependable in production. We implement guardrails for toxicity, PII leakage and off-topic responses; run red-team evals before launch; and document responsible AI practices for your compliance team. Retainer engagements (C$6,000–C$18,000/month) cover ongoing fine-tuning, eval runs and incident response. We do not promise zero errors or fully autonomous operation; humans remain in the loop for anything that affects customers, patients or financial records.
