1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to mindforgeai.pro and general use of information published by MindForge AI Inc. ("MindForge AI", "we", "us"). By accessing this website you agree to these Terms. Contracted client services are governed by separate statements of work that prevail over these Terms where they conflict.

2. About MindForge AI

MindForge AI Inc. is an applied-AI studio providing AI design, development and consulting services — including AI strategy, generative-AI and LLM applications, AI assistants and agents, workflow automation, machine learning, data pipelines, RAG systems, model evaluation, MLOps and responsible-AI practices — to client organizations. We are a professional services firm, not a course provider, SaaS vendor, investment adviser or legal counsel.

3. Brand definitions

"Forge" in MindForge AI branding refers to building and crafting AI systems from strategy through production deployment. It does not refer to metalworking, blacksmithing, gaming mod platforms or unrelated uses of the word forge.

"Mind" is a brand identifier only. It is not a claim about artificial consciousness, sentience, AGI, neuroscience or human-equivalent intelligence.

4. No guaranteed results

AI systems can produce errors, biased or inaccurate outputs and require human review and oversight. MindForge AI designs for humans-in-the-loop operation. We do not guarantee specific business results, cost savings, revenue, accuracy, uptime or return on investment. Case studies, metrics and testimonials on this website describe past client work and are illustrative — not promises of future performance. Outcomes depend on data quality, project scope, budget, integration complexity and user adoption.

5. Professional services disclaimer

Content on this website is for general information about our applied-AI studio services. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation. We do not offer AI-income schemes, crypto or AI-trading products, or accredited training courses.

6. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape content in violation of these Terms, misrepresent your affiliation with MindForge AI or use our contact forms for spam or unsolicited marketing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, MindForge AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence where such limitation is unlawful.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MindForge AI Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of this website or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. AI services limitations

MindForge AI builds systems that assist and automate tasks under human oversight. We do not warrant that AI assistants, agents or ML models will operate error-free, without bias or without interruption. Client responsibilities include providing accurate data, defining acceptable use, training staff and maintaining review processes. Failure to maintain human-in-the-loop procedures may increase operational risk beyond what our designs intended.

16. Testimonials and case studies

Anonymised case studies on this website describe past engagements. Metrics cited are historical and contextual. They are not forecasts, guarantees or typical results. Your organization's outcomes will vary based on factors outside our control.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, widespread internet outages, cloud provider failures or changes in third-party API terms affecting LLM availability.

18. Entire agreement (website)

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of mindforgeai.pro except where superseded by signed client contracts for professional services.

18a. Survival of clauses

Provisions relating to limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, governing law and disclaimers regarding AI accuracy survive termination of your access to the website.

18b. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

18c. Assignment

You may not assign rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transaction with notice where required by law.

18d. Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.

18e. Third-party services

References to third-party LLM providers, cloud platforms or tools on this website do not constitute endorsement. Client projects select tools based on scoped requirements and contractual terms with those providers.

18f. Modifications to services

We may change website content describing our applied-AI studio services without notice. Active client contracts define deliverables independently of website marketing copy.

18g. Governing language

These Terms are written in English. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience; the English version governs to the extent permitted by Ontario law.

18h. Notices
